Getting Started

Getting Started

Simply contact DramaTika through WhatsApp and request your free trial.

If you already have a working IPTV application on your device, we'll ask you to send us a screenshot of the application together with its name, MAC address, Device Key, and your name.

If you don't have an IPTV application or are unfamiliar with IPTV, don't worry. We'll guide you step by step to install a suitable application for your device.

Once we have the required information, we'll add your trial to the application and let you know through WhatsApp when it is ready. You can then exit the application and open it again to start watching.

For a new customer starting with a free trial, we need the information required to identify your application and register your subscription.

This includes your name, application name, MAC address, Device Key, and a screenshot of the application screen.

If you continue with a paid subscription after your trial, you do not need to provide this information again. We simply convert your existing trial into the annual subscription you selected.

Activation

Activation

After your free trial, simply contact us through WhatsApp and tell us that you would like to subscribe.

Customers in Sweden can pay through Swish. Customers outside Sweden receive a secure payment link where they can pay directly by bank card.

Once we confirm your annual payment, we convert your existing trial into the selected package on the same server.

We'll then send you a WhatsApp message confirming that your subscription has been activated and providing its expiry date.

Connection & Troubleshooting

Connection & Troubleshooting

First, make sure your internet connection is working by checking if other apps or websites load normally on the same device.

If your internet is working but DramaTika still isn't connecting, try closing the IPTV application completely and reopening it.

If the problem continues, contact DramaTika Support through WhatsApp and let us know your application name and a brief description of what you see on screen. We'll check your subscription status on our side and help resolve the issue.

This usually means the application needs to re-establish its connection to the server.

Try restarting your TV or device completely — turn it off, wait a few seconds, and turn it back on. Then open the IPTV application again.

If the problem persists after restarting, contact DramaTika Support through WhatsApp. Let us know your application name and we'll investigate the connection from our side.

You should use the application where your DramaTika subscription was activated. This is the application you provided the details for (name, MAC address, and Device Key) when you started your free trial.

If you're not sure which application is the correct one, contact DramaTika Support through WhatsApp and we'll help you identify it.

Channel freezing is usually related to your internet connection. Try the following:

  • Make sure no other device on your network is using a large amount of bandwidth (downloading, streaming, or video calling).
  • If possible, connect your device to the router using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi for a more stable connection.
  • Restart your router and your TV or device.

If the freezing continues after these steps, contact DramaTika Support through WhatsApp with the name of the affected channel and we'll check if there's a server-side issue.

Buffering and low picture quality are most often caused by insufficient internet speed or an unstable Wi-Fi signal.

For the best experience, we recommend a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps and a stable connection between your device and router.

If you've confirmed your internet is fast and stable but the problem continues on specific channels, contact DramaTika Support through WhatsApp with the channel name. We'll check the stream quality on our side and work with you to resolve it.

Channel Problems

Channel Problems

Reporting a channel issue is different from troubleshooting your connection. If a specific channel has a technical problem, let us know.

If a channel has a sound problem, stops broadcasting, or has another technical problem, contact us through WhatsApp.

Please provide:

  • Group name
  • Channel name
  • A detailed description of the problem

We'll forward the report to the technical department responsible for the server where your subscription is located.

We're Here for You.

If you've tried the relevant solution above and the problem continues, contact DramaTika Support and we'll work through the problem with you until we find the cause and help resolve it.
