When I first came to Sweden more than ten years ago, I was looking for a simple way to watch Arabic live TV channels online. Despite my experience in telecommunications, IPTV was completely new to me.

What I found was far from ideal. Streaming websites were filled with advertisements, unreliable services, and concerns about security. Eventually, I discovered an IPTV provider and subscribed — only to experience poor software, limited support, and, just two months later, the sudden disappearance of the service I had paid for.

I decided to become an agent myself, first to make sure that my own family and friends could have reliable access to the service without worrying about providers suddenly disappearing. As I gained experience, I began helping more people, paying particular attention to something I had struggled to find myself: real customer support.

That experience changed everything.

Over the years, I worked with different providers, learned the technology and the needs of customers, and watched the IPTV industry evolve.
